How To Season
- Before using, be sure to hand-wash with warm water, soap. and a sponge.
- The next step is to season the pizza steel. Put a light coat of your preferred oil on the pizza steel surface. We use canola oil.
- Place the pizza steel into the oven to season for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400 degrees.
