The Wind Guards are compatible with the Blackstone 36-inch griddle and 28'' griddles. Effective wind protection, reduce the negative impact of strong winds and precisely control the cooking temperature, keep more heat below the cooking surface without fear of blowing the flame.

We designed our wind guards to be safe to use. You will notice that they have gaps in them. This allows some heat to escape for safety and to help keep the heat even across your griddle top. 

For the Blackstone 28" Adventure Ready, you will need to loosen the shelf so that the wind guard can pop into place.
